Hi! I’m Dedra, the founder and brains behind Lavoro Consulting. I’ve always had a passion and interest in the built environment. From a young age, I’d wander through construction sites to try and understand the layout, then I would bring those plans to life with my immense collection of Legos, now “passed down” to my daughters. The joy and satisfaction I found in those Legos sparked a passion that’s continued through adulthood, where I’ve had the opportunity to study Interior Design at LSU and acquire my Master’s degree in International Real Estate from FIU. I’ve leveraged this unique background to manage portfolios and projects in excess of 600,000 SF with budgets of more than $25M, and helping clients and companies negotiate lease savings over $10M in just a single transaction. Talk about rewarding.
My career endeavors have journeyed me through numerous President’s and Director’s Awards, but what I’m most proud of is wrapping all of my large-scale experience into a perfect package to deliver these resources, with the same high level of quality, to businesses who think this kind of support is out of reach.
